PINK . . . pink . . . and even more pink: be bold and spray, shave and donate: all for a good cause.

The first ever Kouga Express Cansa Pink Shavathon will take over Hankey Spar this Saturday, October 21.

Residents and visitors keen to show their support for this fun-filled, yet meaningful event, in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, can venture down to Hankey Spar from 08:00 to 13:00 where the Kouga Express team, in conjunction with Hankey Spar, Anneli Young Photography and Cansa will be waiting to shave, cut or spray their hair.

All it will cost participants are a few minutes of their time and a few Rands out of their wallets.

Ponytails of 25cm in length or longer will go towards making wigs for cancer patients in need.

All funds raised will go towards local cancer patients in financial need.

Financial donations beforehand are also more than welcome. Donations can be made to Absa Bank, Cansa SA, account number 115 714 0058, reference Pink Shavathon 2017. Kindly email a copy of the donation slip to Monique.Basson@media24.com or fax it to 042 293 3957.
