HUMANSDORP Dent Removers (HDR) perseveres to provide the finest service in motor collision repair - continuously striving to find new ways to ensure the repair process is as convenient as possible.

HDR, a vibrant and trusted family business since 1946, earns customers’ patronage through the rapid deliverance of zero-defect, cost-effective service.

This was again proven when they were named the national winners in the Small Business Category at Telesure Investment Holdings’ annual Motor Body Repairer (MBR) Service Awards for the second consecutive year - crowning 70 years of outstanding service to the Kouga Community.

The Awards acknowledge, recognise and reward those who have consistently treated their customers beyond what is expected.

To determine the best of the best, Telesure conducts regular telephonic customer satisfaction surveys. A performance scale is then used to calculate the scores of each business on a quarterly basis. There are three different categories, each grouped according to the size and the average amount of repairs completed by a service partner over the course of a month. To determine the annual winners, Telesure combines the total scores from each quarter.

“We are extremely proud of this achievement,” says HDR owner Johan Swart. This award goes hand in hand with hard work, dedication, old school ethics and excellent client service.”

. Telesure is the umbrella company for short term insurance brands such as Auto and General, Budget Insurance, Dialdirect, 1st for Women, Virseker, Unity, Ibuyeco and Prosper.
