Join in fun at Footprints Festival

2016-06-02 06:00

MORGAN Bay’s third annual Footprints Festival is set to take place from June 3 to 5.

Alongside the ever-popular arts and craft market, there will be live music, children’s entertainment, horse-rides and much more.

The original art and craft market will boast around 70 stalls, while the Bushbuck Trail offers a 700m family friendly forest walk. Also on the festival menu is live music by Autopilots, Mbasa, Kerry Hiles, Kathy Raven, Can of Worms, David Muller, TwoAcross and Roxton with Herki.

Festival-goers can look forward to two free magician shows on the Saturday, as well as free face-painting. Or ride a pony, visit the Morganville Motorcycle Museum, make a turn at the shell museum, and gear up for a scenic trail run. The fun does not stop there. Enjoy a three-course-meal at the Morgan Bay Hotel or indulge in a little beer tasting on the Saturday.

The entry fee is R10 per person for the weekend. Children enter free. For more information, visit
