Each one will then be given a laser gun suit and a laser gun.”And do not worry, mom, they are totally safe.Then it is time to battle.“With an unlimited number of bullets rounding off their arsenal, players will make their way through a network of obstacles - illuminated by ultraviolet lights - to ‘shoot down’ their opponents,” says Venter.“Once hit, participants need to reload. This will take a couple of seconds - leaving the particular player vulnerable.”“The game gets the adrenaline rushing, and the challenge, strategy and teamwork needed to win make it a fun activity for kids and adults alike.”Sharpshooter or not, players emerge with excitement and giggles to examine their scores, listed under names such as Sniper, Kamakazi, Destroyer, Warrior Commando and Invulnerable.Why bring laser tag to Jeffreys Bay? “So that more people can enjoy the game,” says Venter who had wanted to open a laser tag centre for years. “Laser Game provides a safe and comfortable playing environment that will not be affected by the rain.
