PE Police no match for Barbarians

THE United Barbarians Rugby Football Club (RFC) defeated the Port Elizabeth Police RFC 21 - 17 over the weekend.

Donavern Maarman was named the Man of the Match.

“Thank you to all our players and supporters for their sportsmanship and unrivalled discipline,” says Barbarians’ spokesperson Thembela Swepu.

“Our condolences go to the Nelson family whose father will be laid to rest this coming weekend.”

After the funeral, the Barbarians will tackle the Parks RFC in Port Elizabeth.
