Soektog vir begunstigdes van behuisingsprojek

KOUGA-munisipaliteit is dringend op soek na meer as ’n 100 begunstigdes wat aansoek gedoen het vir Hop-huise in die Kruisfontein 391-projek op Humansdorp.

Kouga se Portefeulje-raadslid vir Infra-struktuur, Beplanning en Ontwikkeling, Desmond Petersen, sê die munisipaliteit en pro-vinsiale Departement vir Menslike Nedersettings spook tans om 133 van die 391 begunstigdes op te spoor.

“’n Lys met die name van dié mense sal in die plaaslike media publiseer word. Ons vra mense wie se name op die lys verskyn, om die munisipaliteit se behuisingskantoor dring-end teen 30 April 2017 te kontak. Andersins, sal ons verplig wees om hulle met ander begunstigdes te vervang.”

Volgens Petersen sal behuisingsamptenare vanaf 10 April tot 10 Mei 2017 tussen 10:00 en 13:00 by die wyksraadslid se kantoor in Wyk 5 (langs Graslaagte Primêr) wees om begunstigdes te hulp te staan.

“Besoek die kantoor as u naam op die lys verskyn sodat ons u besonderhede kan bevestig en die proses vorentoe neem.”

Begunstigdes word gevra om gesertifi-seerde afskrifte van die volgende dokumentasie saam te bring:

  • Aansoeker se Identiteitsdokument
  • Identiteitsdokument van u eggenoot (indien getroud)
  • Huweliksertifikaat (indien getroud)
  • Geboortesertifikate en identiteitsdokumente van u finansiële afhanklikes
  • Bewys van Inkomste (indien u permanent werksaam is)
  • Doodsertifikaat (indien u eggenote dalk oorlede is)
  • Finale egskeidingsbevel (indien u geskei is).
