THE WOMZA Dirt Oval National Championships are set to gear into action at the PE Oval Track Raceway on Saturday, September 30.

Local drivers will be joined by competitors from Boshoff, Randfontein, Bloemfontein, Rustenburg and Newcastle.

Legend V8 circuit racer, Ben Morgenrood, will also be seen in action in the Modified V8 Class.

Some 23 cars have been entered in the V8 class and 25 in the popular 1660 four-cylinder class.

Refreshment stalls will be available.

Racing starts at 17:00.

The entry fee is R100 for adults, R50 for pensioners, R30 for children between 6 and 12 years, and children under 6 enter free
