HIGH octane and adrenalin pumping action are set to rev off at the PE Oval Track Raceway in Greenbushes, Port Elizabeth on March 24.

Over and above the usual seven different classes, the club will also host the “Pink Rods” class at this event.

Young ladies race in this category and the objective of the group is to focus on charity fund raising and assist community members in need.

Leone Liebenberg, daughter of Cape Town’s top Late Models driver, Chris Liebenberg, will be one of the competitors in the class. She will be joined by Victory Raceway’s Bianca B Nel and Kelly Dowling.

Racing starts at 18:00. Refreshment stalls will be on site.

The entry fee is R50 for adults and R20 for children under 12. For information, contact Karen at 082 605 3455.
