LOCAL residents and visitors are to flock to “the funky place to be” during this holiday season.

Jeffreys Bay has a village with it all - the buzzing hot-spot, the J-Bay Surf Village.

This shopping heart of the popular town will draw young and old, the affluent and thrifty, the hungry and coffee connoisseurs.

Cheron Kraak has created a corner in the town where everyone will find what they seek.

An array of colours and styles is on show in the Surf Village. Known for Country Feeling, RCVA, The Billabong Factory Shop, Country Khaya, In Step and InFood Coffee Society, Aqua Spa etc., this hub boasts newcomers where people can mingle, browse, socialise and shop.

Those with discerning tastes, need to look no further. There are spots for the fashion conscious, like The Hip Shop and Shakti Shanti, the sporty ones, like East Coast Cycles, those looking for a nibble, like The Village Biltong Bar and the souvenir seekers, like Magnets4Africa.

Then there are hotspots for interior trendsetters, like Haas Jou and Turkish Delights of Siloam Persian Carpets and Nomadic Arts. Light up your life or decorate your home with the best accessories here.

Jayne Davies recently opened her fourth outlet in the InFood stall.

Drive to the end of Da Gama Road, and live the JBay life.
