THE annual Pam Golding Properties Ladies’ Open Weekend is set to tee off at the St Francis Bay Golf Club on November 10 and 11 - attracting ladies from all over South Africa to compete over two rounds.

Over the two days and nights, the lady golfers will be treated to welcome gifts, two days of golf on two top 100 courses, accommodation in local establishments, a gala dinner with live music at The Links, prize-giving and lunch at St Francis Bay Golf Club and great prizes.

The theme for the dinner will be “Around the World”.

To add more value and excitement to the weekend, each course will offer Hole-in-One prizes.

Insurance providers, Bay Union, sponsoring a Hole-in-One prize on the 17th hole at the St Francis Links and Dirk Ellis Motors will be providing the car - a new Volkswagen.

Annemarie de Raay from Annemarie’s Boutique in St Francis has decided to offer the ladies a “Hole-in-One Charity Challenge” in aid of CANSA.

If a player gets a hole-in-one on the 10th hole at St Francis Bay course, Annemarie will donate R5 000 to CANSA.

If no player achieves a hole-in-one, she will donate R2 500 to CANSA. The ladies will try their utmost for a good cause.

Local spas and other businesses have also complimented the weekend with great prizes.

Richard Arderne, who has underwritten the prizes for a number of years, is awarded the title sponsorship for Pam Golding.
