One of them is Pietermaritzburg’s Siphiwe Ngcobo, owner and founder of iLawu Hospitality Group, who Echo featured on August 24 when he was announced a finalist.

Ngcobo, who comes from Edendale, won the 2017 Job Creator of the Year title.
“The award is an indication of what the iLawu Hospitality Group stands for. It is further proof that the iLawu Hospitality Group strives to be the best employer in this industry.
