Adrenal gland burnout or adrenal insufficiency

2019-05-15 06:00

ADRENAL fatigue is the result of chronic stress, when you push your body and mind too hard, your adrenals stop producing cortisol the way they should.

The adrenal glands, or suprarenal glands, are endocrine glands that produce a variety of hormones including adrenaline and the steroids aldosterone and cortisol.

The adrenal glands are found above the kidneys.

Balanced adrenal glands are a key part of staying unshakable and stable.

Your adrenals create and regulate cortisol, which makes them essential for coping with stress. When your adrenals work the way they should, you become more resilient, and you have a much easier time taking on life’s challenges.

Adrenaline is a substance released in the body of a person who is feeling a strong emotion, such as excitement, fear, or anger.

The adrenaline rush usually occurs when the body senses danger, such as the “fight or flight” moment or just craves attention, neediness.

Some people — known as sensation-seekers — are adrenaline junkies, but this imbalance can also result from being unable to pace oneself with work, relationships, shopping, always rushing and creating or needing drama, quick to anger, having a short fuse, or may seem like a bit of a drama queen as “everything” is an issue.

If you are relaxed you will get all the tasks done in the same amount of time without the stress and burnout. But there may be an imbalance in the body that is causing the above and it can’t just be controlled.

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue/exhaustion/burn-out are low energy, exhaustion, sleep issues, night mares, weight gain, mood swings, depression, hair loss, body aches, light-headedness, mid-afternoon slump, sugar and salt cravings, anxiety, brain fog, overly emotional, panic attacks, short fuse and autoimmune issues. Autoimmune issues could be redness, heat, pain and swelling on the body/skin.

This patch formula treats either adrenaline addiction or adrenal burnout. This issue is very common in our busy lives. Wearing one month of our adrenal patches even if symptoms are not over the top will be like a tonic for your adrenal glands.
