DEFY has expanded its after sales service offering with the opening of the first Defy Authorised Service Centre in Pietermaritzburg in partnership with Tastech company.

This opening of the Defy Authorised Service Centre is a significant milestone for the organisation, to improve accessibility to all consumers and trade partners.

The centre is equipped with qualified factory trained technicians who are standing by to give their customers the best quality service.

The Authorised Service Centre only uses genuine Defy parts and all Defy and Grundig branded products are served with specialised workmanship.

Evren Albas, CEO of Defy Appliances in South Africa said: “Defy has a passion to set higher standards for customer satisfaction in all of our operations and with the opening of our first authorized service centre we are setting a new vision for South African home appliance market. Defy and Tastech will work together to roll out this passion and dedication of getting closer to our customers by delivering world class after sales service. The Defy Authorised Service Centre is operated by 6 highly trained experienced professionals one of which is Imraan Jeewa who has been with Defy for 30 years.

Ayesha Jeewa, director of Tastech who is passionate about women in business said they are confident that this one-stop service shop will fulfil all the needs of their customers with fast and efficient service at their doorstep.
