AFROTAINMENT artist Tipcee will be launching her first album, titled The Snyper, at Khawula’s Lounge in Sweetwaters on November 29.

Tipcee will be joined on stage by Duncan (Sphamandla Mbambo) at the event organised by Samba no COOL Media & Entertainment.

Tipcee, born Thobeka Precious Ndaba, rose to fame in 2017 when she released the song titled Iscathulo.

Speaking on behalf of Samba no COOL Media & Entertainment, Sphamandla Ntombela said this is not the first time that Tipcee will be visiting Sweetwaters.

“We have hosted both Tipcee and Duncan previously and they were well received by the community of Pietermaritzburg. We are holding this event because we do not want our own people to travel long distances to go and see their favourite artists when we can just bring the artists to them.

“People have been asking me to bring them back to PMB and I thought this was a good opportunity as Tipcee recently released her album,” he said.

The entrance fee is R50 per person for general entry and R70 after 11 pm. VIP tickets cost R100. No cooler boxes allowed.

Echo together with Samba no COOL Media & Entertainment are giving away three double tickets to three lucky winners to go and watch Tipcee and Duncan live. Visit the Echo’s Facebook page to find out how to enter.
