AN eight-year-old boy was killed in an alleged hit-and-run accident in Boshoff Street in Pietermaritzburg on Monday morning.

Upon ER24’s arrival at 9.44am, they found the little boy lying on the pavement next to the road.

Upon assessment, paramedics found he showed no signs of life and ER24 declared the boy dead on the scene.
