Fry the onions in the Sunshine D original margarine, over a low heat, until they are golden brown. Add the garlic and minced beef. Stir in the curry paste, herbs, spices, sultanas, chutney and two bay leaves. • Cover and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the cold water over the bread and set aside to soak. Squeeze the water from the bread and mix into the minced beef. • Place the mixture into an ovenproof casserole dish. Beat the milk and eggs and pour over the meat mixture.
