Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with nonstick spray. Meatballs Mix the mince, onion, parsley,sunflower seeds, egg and Weet-Bix bar well. Season with salt and pepper.Roll the mince mixture into walnut-size balls. Arrange on a platter, cover and chill for at least 15 minutes.Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until done.Baby marrow noodles Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until fragrant.
