INGREDIENTS• 1 Tsp Sunshine D original margarine• 1/2 Tsp lemon zest• 2 Tsp lemon juice• 2 Tsp fresh oregano chopped• 2 Tsp garlic minced• 1/2 Tsp salt• Pinch of pepper• 8 lamb chops (trimmed of fat)METHODMelt the Sunshine D original margarine over a low heat and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a sealable container and add the lamb chops. Seal the container and allow to marinate for one hour.Grill or braai the chops for about four minutes per side (medium-rare).
