WARTBURG Kirchdorf School’s Pre-primary dedicated June 6 to learning about the world, keeping it clean and making it look beautiful for all to enjoy.

They had an “eco-greenie” day, which held an exciting handful of learning experiences designed by the dedicated teachers.

The children learnt about recycling and the different rubbish bins that are used to separate the litter; they did a litter parade outside the pre-primary into the main school; and even got to plant new flowers into their sensory garden in their playground.

They ended with a picnic in their playground garden. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed their day and all the activities that the teachers had planned.
