Electricity department fails residents

2016-01-06 06:00

The Msunduzi Municipality’s electricity department is falling far short of the acceptable service delivery expectations of the community.

After more than 10 emails, a number of telephonic inquiries and several weeks later, nothing is being done, not even the decency or courtesy of a response.

Rate and taxpayers are paying good money, but no service is forthcoming.

The whole of Connor Road is still without street lights. What does one need to do to attract the attention of the electricity department?
