Erosion of teachers’ authority at schools

2019-09-04 06:01

REGARDING the story [in the media] last week about pupils wanting smoke breaks at school, the fault here lies with the government which has given children too many rights (without emphasising responsibility), which has led to the erosion of the teachers’ authority in the school environment. Furthermore, head teachers must be subjected to rigorous IQ and emotional maturity tests before being inducted into their position.

This will ensure that our children have the best role models in schools.
