MUM’S Mail is hosting the third annual ladies’ breakfast in association with The Sunflower Fund on Friday, 11 March at The Victoria Country Club.

The fund-raising breakfast starts at 8.30am and tickets are R250 each or R2 500 for a table of 10.

The ticket includes a goodie bag, a gift, breakfast, wonderful guest speakers and lucky draw prizes. There will also be a raffle, a pamper station courtesy of iNsingizi Spa and numerous retail therapy pop-up shops.

The dress code for the morning is “Wild, Wild West” and there will be a prize for the best dressed.

The event aims to raise money for The Sunflower Fund. This in turn creates awareness, educates, recruits and pays for the tissue typing of potential bone marrow stem-cell donors for inclusion on the South African Bone Marrow Registry. The more donors on the registry the more hope leukaemia patients have of finding their life-saving donor match.

Booking is essential as tables are filling fast. To book visit www.mumsmail.com and click on the “events” tab. If you would like to sponsor a lucky draw, a raffle prize or items for the goodie bags, contact Kenwyn Geyser at 083 632 3224 or email kenwyn@sunflowerfund.org.za
