Hospice letter to Santa

2015-12-09 06:00

DEAR Santa

Hello, our name is Msunduzi Hospice. We hope all of your festive season preparations are going well. Please send our fond regards to Mrs Claus, Rudolph and your happy helpers.

Sadly, we are experiencing a terrible drought. Santa, we hope you get this letter in time. We need all the help we can get.

In 2016, we hope to continue to provide free Hospice care to our patients (children, adults and the elderly) so that they don’t have to face their terminal and potentially life-threatening illnesses alone. In order to do this, we need a few basic items and, as ever, we will be most thankful for your gift.

Our wish list is as follows - as a priority, we really need money (any gift please). Why money you are probably asking. Well, the funds allow us to keep our nurses out in the field. If you would prefer not to give a monetary donation please would you perhaps consider a gift toward office consumables.

We need A4 photocopy paper, files, pens and or envelopes (all sizes). We would also appreciate some cleaning materials, for example: Handy Andy (or similar), dish-washing liquid and toilet paper.

If you are able to help with any of the above gifts or know of a company or individual who can also help, we would be very thankful. In case you have forgotten, we are at 200 Zwartkop Road, Prestbury, Pietermaritzburg, and our telephone number is 033 344 1560 should you wish to contact us. With love and care, we end this letter, but not before we thank you again for your kindness and generosity.
