SMERO kwaito artist Mduduzi “Mafeja” Ndlovu has promised a packed line-up for his fourth annual birthday celebration on 21 March at Mr Chicken in Imbali Unit 3.

Ndlovu whose birth date coincides with Human Rights Day has been planning the event with the aim of exposing Pietermaritzburg artists while educating the youth about human rights.

“Four years ago I decided to celebrate my birthday differently so that it would also benefit the community. The event showcases the vast talent the city has, but it also has a programme that teaches about the importance of human rights. I’m inviting youth from all around the city to join in the celebrations.”

Headliners at the event include Zanda of the hit single Umvulo, Facebook sensation Zodwa Wabantu, Vista, Madizah, Gizzy F, King Dizo, Madida and more.

Tickets will be sold at the door for R30 and all artists will get in free. For more information about the birthday celebration, contact Mafeja on 084 454 1665.
