FOUR teams battled it out for the title of “king and queen” at the potjie cook-off competition at The Mall @Scottsville on Saturday.

Husband and wife duo Eldry and Shirees Leibrandy wowed the judges with their lamb shank and sweet potato potjie and walked away with their cooking crowns.

The couple won a R2 000 shopping voucher from the mall, a food hamper from Food Lovers Market and a two-night stay at the Golden Horse Casino valued at R4 000.

The runners-up received shopping vouchers worth R500 from the mall.
