THE official philanthropic provincial pageant Mr, Miss and Mrs KZN will take place for the first time in Hilton this March. The crowning is set to take place on March 28 at ANEW Hotel Hilton. According to the reigning Mrs KZN, Melissa Vurovecz, the pageant is an initiative of the Rolemodels Foundation, which is a registered non-profit organisation that gives back to those who are destitute in society. Vurovecz further urged all married and divorced ladies to enter the pageant. “I believe that as women get older, and especially when they become mothers, they tend to neglect themselves. I believe that this is an opportunity to do something that will push women out of their comfort zone, and it will be a great growing experience,” said Vurovecz, who emphasised that this is a call to enter for all age categories and genders. Vurovecz highlighted that body size doesn’t matter in this pageant but that one must have a heart that is willing to serve as a title holder. “It promises to be a glamorous event, and it’s time to pluck up the courage and to reignite those dreams you had when you were younger,” said Vurovecz. In encouraging entrants, Vurovecz said that, as a busy mother of two who runs her own business, she still manages to find time to serve the title. “Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Pluck up the courage and enter, you won’t regret it,” said Vurovecz. Complete the form online at https://goo.gl/forms/8qxvsKcgr1lXOpYG3 for more information.
