School of Fashion celebrates 50 years

2015-11-11 06:01

THE School of Fashion, headed by Priscilla Bhika, celebrates 50 years of educating people about the world of fashion, dressmaking and designing.

Bhika has put the term “fashion industry’ on the map and has given fashion a whole new meaning – one of unparalleled glamour and prestige that will forever be an integral part of people wanting to be in this glitzy industry.

In a press release Bhika said the school will present its 50th anniversary celebrations in a dazzling event at the city hall on 27 November.

“Audiences will be treated to a spectacular evening where style and creativity merge featuring collections of first and second-year graduates.

“Highlights on the runway include eco-chic designs, evening wear, haute couture and unique contemporary designs.

“An evening of unforgettable fashion, style and entertainment is promised,” she said.
