THE School of Fashion, headed by founder and principal Priscilla Bhika, celebrates 51 years of educating people into the exhilarating world of fashion, dressmaking and designing.

Over the years Bhika has put Pietermaritzburg on the fashion industry map and has nurtured and developed the students who passed through the doors of her school confidence and invaluable skill ensuring that they are equipped to break barriers and make waves on the national and international fashion stage.

The school presents their 51st anniversary celebrations in a dazzling event, at the city hall on 19 November at 6.30pm. The audience will be treated to a spectacular evening, where style and creativity merge, featuring collections of the first and second year graduates.

Some of the runway highlights include eco-chic designs, evening wear, haute couture and unique contemporary designs. An evening of unforgettable fashion, style and entertainment is promised.
