PIETERMARITZBURG is warming up for the biggest concert to hit the KwaZulu-Natal Capital this decade.

Aptly named The Sisonke Music Festival, it takes place on the final Sunday of the 2019 Royal Show and brings together musicians and entertainers from around KZN and South Africa for an entertainment line-up not seen before in the region.

“We’re thrilled to be able to be hosting the Sisonke Music Festival that adds value to the local music scene.

“This will be a refreshing event that is professional, inspiring and brings together different personalities, whilst creating a new tradition that is Proudly Maritzburg,” said festival organiser Stephanie February.

Added to this, The Sisonke Music Festival will also provide a platform for up-and-coming artists to share the stage with well-known SA artists.
