‘Single people conference’ at Truevine Church

2017-08-23 06:01

TRUEVINE Community Church in Longmarket Street invites single males and females to an “unmarried people conference” on Saturday August 17 at 49 Langalibalele Street, CPW Building from 1pm to 5pm.

The conference is to focus on the topic “Are you ready to commit?”.

Nontobeko Zuma from Truevine said they always have conferences, and this time they decided to focus on relationships and commitment.

“This year we will be focusing on how deep is your love.

We invite everyone who is unmarried or in a relationship, or not, to attend this conference,” she said.

She said these days it is difficult to see commitment in relationships.

“People end up doing the wrong thing because they want to substitute marriage. They end up cohabiting because they are scared to be committed.

“People drag on for years before they commit and by that time it may be too late.

“We are trying to make people aware that they don’t have to wait long in their relationship before they commit.”
