CONTINUING to provide customers with the best shopping experience SuperSave has had major reconfigurations to elevate customers shopping experience.

A 200-square-metre butchery has been added to the SuperSave retail mix. This is part of the store’s renovations that began in October.

SuperSave manager Suhail Bayat said the newly revamped butchery offers a range of recipes and products.

“We are very proud of what we sell, we have a fresh new chicken range, new marinades, different types of sausages and boerewors and a selection of premium beef at the lowest prices possible. All our meat is fresh and not frozen.”

Another department that has been added to the shop is a bakery and deli. Bayat said these new departments give the store a whole new look and feel.

“We did this because we wanted to take care of our service department and not only focus on selling groceries.”

Since its inception 32 years ago, SuperSave has extended to over 3 500 square metres from just 300 square metres when the shop started operating.

“We have fully fledged departments and the shop is growing from strength to strength. We believe in giving our customers a range of products at very low prices. Our customers have been amazing and have even started comparing the look and feel of the shop to other big chain stores.”

Bayat said with the new developments at SuperSave they look forward to welcoming more customers.

“Our aim is to continue taking care of our customers and make sure they experience a great shopping experience whenever they visit SuperSave.

SuperSave also has a new fresh produce section. Bayat said this section stocks a comprehensive range of fruit and vegetables fresh from the farm.

SuperSave customer Nokuthula Jali from Swayimane said she loves the new look of the shop.

“I have been shopping at SuperSave for many years and I love what they have done to the shop. It shows growth for them as a business but it is also a convenience for us as shoppers to find everything we need in one place. The shop is very clean, they have low prices, and their food is fresh.”
