THE logistics hub of South Africa has been evolving over the years and with the ports expanding Durban has become more congested from a logistics perspective. Pietermaritzburg and its surrounding areas are becoming a focal point in the logistics arena as the gateway between Durban to Gauteng.

More corporates are setting up warehouses and transport operations in and around Pietermaritzburg. This is due to several factors including the lower cost of land and easier access to the N3 being the main contributors.

KPI Supply Chain Solutions is accredited by the Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) and offers various qualifications that are aligned to the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). We cover mandatory and discretionary grants and a host of public and corporate training.

KPI has a leading edge over most other training providers as we use current industry standards and best practices as part of our learning curricula.

Our short courses are interactive with various activities conducted during each course that assists the pupil to put theory into practical context.

Our training applies practical techniques to assist those employed in learning new ways of working and adopt best practices within the supply chain environment. It also assists those who would like to take up a career in supply chain as they understand the introductory fundamentals of the current working environment and how to add value before even entering the work place.

Should you find the supply chain-logistics arena interesting and require additional information on the industry or would like KPI Supply Chain Solutions to address your training needs, feel free to email or call 033 811 5422.
