PROMOTING positive thinking and qualities of love, compassion and forgiveness, stress management and life coach Nutan Ranchod recently participated in the Love to Live festival where she emphasised helping the youth as part of the weekend’s theme of “Be a buddy and not a bully”.

“As part of the programme I focused on teaching children positive qualities by staying away from drugs, violence, alcohol and bringing out their full potential in school, thus bringing forth the leaders of the future,” said Ranchod.

At the festival, Ranchod offered free angel card readings and energy balancing for teenagers who were curious about what she did.

“I explained to them the relationship of our colours of aura and the rainbow colours and about the different crystal pendants that can benefit your aura and energy,” said Ranchod.

Ranchod said that she has practiced Ayurvedic Medicine for the past 20 years and is a qualified Aromatherapist (massage, nutrition and essential oil therapy) and an Aura-Soma Therapist (deals in aura, colours and crystal healing).

“I went through many challenges in my life and told myself that all challenges can be overcome and life’s lessons can be learnt quickly.

“I leant to rise above her challenges and, through practicing the art of relaxation, I have been able to do so,” said Ranchod, who will be hosting her life coaching masterclass on May 25.
