They deal with all major insurance panels, and depending on the size and length of the job, they offer courtesy cars to customers to minimise the inconvenience of not having a car during the repairs.Marc Augustus, managing director of Commercial Panel Beaters said the focus of the store is customer care and service.“It’s important that our customers receive excellent service. We are committed to trying our best to ensure that every customer walks away happy,” he said.With a current staff complement of 45, workers are one big family, each with a dedication to the job and the business.The Augustus family is also dedicated to educating their employees and runs a three- to four-year apprentice training programme through Merseta.“Our current spray painter qualified with us through this programme,” said Augustus.The upgrade of the store began five years ago and is regarded as a continuous project as there is always room for improvement.
