Two seriously injured in crash

TWO people were seriously injured in Mountain Rise on Monday morning after a car and a delivery vehicle collided at about at 11.44 am.

Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision along Manning Avenue and found the two female drivers seated in the crumpled remains of their vehicles with serious injuries.

Paramedics stabilised the injured at the scene and after they were immobilised on trauma boards, they transported them to hospitals in Pietermaritzburg. - Supplied
