We are blessed, thank you

THE Friends of Hospice hosted their annual dance at Truro Hall on 3 December. This was the 22nd dance hosted by the Friends of Hospice to raise much-needed funds for the Msunduzi Hospice Association.

A big Hospice thank you to our chairperson, Pete Jugmohan and the “Friends of Hospice” team for their dedicated efforts. Each member has a day job, yet still make time to raise funds for our organisation.

Jugmohan is involved in all our fund-raising endeavours and we are truly grateful for all his dedicated and loyal support.

“The strength of a family, like the strength of an army, lies in its loyalty to each other.” - Mario Puzo.

Thank you Uncle Pete and your team for your loyalty.

In this very difficult economic climate Jugmohan and the team still managed to raise R307 000.

Msunduzi Hospice provides free Hospice and palliative care to approximately 250 patients each month. These patients have been diagnosed with a life limiting and/or life-threatening illness.

Msunduzi Hospice helps these patients to live with as much dignity and as free of pain and other distressing symptoms as we are able to. Your contribution, and the contribution of the Friends of Hospice enable this care.
