Witnesses asked to come forward with information

MOUNTAIN Rise SAPS are looking for witnesses who may have information about an accident that occurred on the corner of Manning Avenue and Royston Road in Mountain Rise on June 26 at 12pm.

Two motor vehicles were involved and the drivers are in serious condition.

The vehicles are a grey Tata bakkie, registration number NP 197 991 and a grey Mercedes-Benz, registration number BK 83 GX – GP.

Both drivers were seriously injured and were taken to hospital.

Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to come forward to assist in the investigation.

A case of reckless and negligent driving has been opened by SAPS Mountain Rise for further investigation.
