A1 AUTO has moved to brand-new premises in Walmer Heights.

The pre-owned car dealership is housed in premises on the corner of Buffelsfontein Road and Newcombe Avenue (adjacent to Builders Warehouse) developed by owner Mark Mattheus.

Mark is also the owner of MCM Property, which will also be housed in the building designed by Gillian Adendorff architects.

“After many hours of planning by myself and my wife Kobie, we incubated a concept and Gillian Adendorff, her team and all the professionals involved perfected it to what you see today,” said Mark.

“A1-AUTO-1 is one of the beneficiaries today of this prestige development and we are looking forward to servicing our clients with quality pre-owned vehicles as per our vehicle selection on display.”

MCM Property Developers occupy the upper floor of the building. “This development is an example of the quality and speed we manage with our turn-key developments and this is what we can do for you as well,” Mark said.

“We wish to thank all our trusted suppliers, sub-contractors and staff for their hard work, dedication and loyal contributions in making this project a success,” he said.
