THE Comedy Kidz are a group of four pre-teen kids who use their drama skills to provide entertainment for children at parties.

Josh Neubert and Luke Erasmus (Grade 6 and 7 respectively at Grey) and Gemma Bisseker and Kendal Muzzell (Grade 6 at Clarendon Park Primary) have been appearing at sibling parties since July.

“They have been quite a hit and now they have been booked for official gigs”, said one of the moms, Shareen Neubert-Combe.

Sharon Rother, their drama teacher from RotherSwain Drama Studio, added that, “the Comedy Kidz are a talented group of energetic drama students who love performing and interacting with the little ones. They are such well behaved and polite children - real role models for the younger ones. They are creative and funny and extremely motivated.”

They are crazy about performing arts and boast a number of lead and supporting roles with their studio. Besides drama, their strengths include singing and dancing. The kids want to be able to provide a safe, loving, enchanting and entertaining environment by “keeping the magic alive” for children at parties.

Their services include the following: drama act according to theme, singing and dancing with the children, face painting, age and theme appropriate games and activities aimed at children between the ages of 2 and 9 years.
