THE July 2015 intake at Capsicum Culinary Studio is around the corner. Now is the time to further your career or upskill yourself with any of the internationally accredited programmes at Capsicum.

National Campuses

Capsicum Culinary Studio, established in 2003, currently has 6 campuses which are strategically located in all the major city centres nationally. These include Boksburg, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban and Port Elizabeth.

Further your studies Abroad

Capsicum Culinary Studio boasts an exclusive international association with the Swiss Education Group (SEG), allowing students to further their studies abroad and complete a Bachelor’s Degree.

Course Offerings

The following programmes are on offer for the July intake at the Port Elizabeth campus:

• Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking

• Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking

•Diploma in Patisserie.

Registration is now open at the PE campus. Capsicum fees are all inclusive, including: Uniforms required; a Chef knife set; examination fees; ingredients used during practical sessions; assistance with local industry placement during your studies and a Tablet PC (on selected programmes).
