GRAMMY Award winning California-based R&B quartet, All-4-One, will visit Port Elizabeth this weekend to perform alongside several of South Africa’s best loved artists for a show at The Boardwalk on Sunday, March 24.

The show, Music Alla Kaap is produced and conceptualised by veteran entertainer and producer, Alistair Izobell.

The concert series is now in its sixth year, but is venturing to Port Elizabeth for the first time this year.

The star-studded line-up for the show at the Boardwalk ICC includes Izobell, and Sasha-Lee Davids.

All of the performers will be backed by the very best South African musicians in a hand picked 10-piece band.

All-4-One are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year and all four original members, Tony Borowiak, Delious Kennedy, Alfred Nevarez and Jamie Jones, are still in the group.

They will be performing the newly recorded track, Africa Arise, written by Izobell, for the very first time, featuring home-grown star, Davids.

All-4-One are known for their beautiful, timeless love songs and chart topping radio hits around the world.

Get ready to bask in nostalgia as they perform the likes of I Swear, I Can Love You Like That, So Much in Love, Someday and I Turn to You, from the soundtrack to the movie, Space Jam.

Undeniably one of their best received singles, I Swear claimed the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for 11 consecutive weeks, making it the number one selling single of 1994, a feat which was recorded in the following year’s edition of the Guinness Book of Records.

It also reached number one in nine other countries including Australia, Canada, Germany and Sweden, and also reached platinum sales status in six countries.

“The audience can look forward to an evening of superlative entertainment,” said marketing manager at The Boardwalk, Nqobile Qupe.

The show starts at 18:00.

Ticket prices range from R220 to R375 per person and are available through Computicket.
