All of Saturday’s Coastal Stream games result in draws

FANS of the Sasol League Ladies Coastal Stream saw every last one of the tough games that took place on Saturday end in draws.

The KwaZakhele-based side, Sophakama Ladies, shared a 1-1 draw with Birmingham City at Zwide Stadium, while in the battle of the struggling sides, University of Fort Hare (UFH) played to a 1-1 draw against the Uitenhage side, Manchester ­Babes.

The high-riding City Lads also drew 1-1 with Thunderbirds.

Meanwhile, the Inland Stream’s matches all produced results.

The gallant Cumakala Ladies gave Red Roses a run for their money as they defeated them 2-1 in their tough battle in Stutterheim.

Eastern Rangers Ladies managed to clip the wings of Amanqilo Birds when they defeated them 2-0.
