ROYAL Bucks and Valencia FC managed to accumulate six points apiece in their double headers in Motherwell Football Association Premier League action over the past week.

Bucks were ruthless when they walloped FC Motherwell 3-1 in their Wednesday game at Motherwell NU 9 Stadium. In their second game on Sunday, Bucks upset the MOFA KO Competition champions, Crystal Palace, 3-1 in their game which took place at Motherwell NU 11 Stadium on Sunday.

Valencia FC cruised to a hard-fought 1-0 victory when they faced Young Madrid at Motherwell NU 9 Stadium on Thursday evening.

However, Valencia FC devastated Amathole FC 2-0 in their game that they played at Motherwell NU 9 Stadium on Saturday.

The league title hopefuls, Arsenal FC, humiliated Motherwell United 3-1 in their MOFA First Division one-sided affair at Motherwell NU 9 Stadium on Saturday. Young Killers, who are a force to be reckoned with, overcame Seven Sundowns 2-0 at Motherwell NU 9 Stadium on Saturday as well.

Eleven Brothers’ unbeaten record came to an abrupt end after other title contenders, Lion City, upset them 2-1 in an exciting clash at Motherwell NU 9 Stadium on Sunday.

Lion City’s goals were scored by Thapelo Sam from the penalty spot and by Luthando Konzani.

Brothers goal poacher Thandolwethu Moriri Jacobs scored his side’s consolation goal. Jacobs’ spot kick which could have levelled matters, was saved by Lion City goalkeeper Sinethemba Moyeni.
