Communities to pray for much-needed rain

2018-02-21 06:02

THE Co-op Mica has called on all South Africans to join them for a prayer day on Friday to pray for rain in their district and the country as a whole.

Using Matthew 18:19-20 as their inspiration, the co-op called on all believers and interested parties, no matter their race, gender, business, rank, industry or status, to gather in their respective communities to pray with them.

Communities can gather in the
following locations for the prayer meeting on February 23:

. Port Elizabeth – At the Framesby High School main sports grounds from 12pm to 1pm.

. Uitenhage – At the Van Stadens Farmer’s Association Hall at Fitches Corner Auction House from 12pm to 1pm.

. East London – At Churchnet in Pine Creek from 12pm to 1pm.

. Fort Beaufort – At the NG Kerk in Durban Street from 1pm to 2pm.

. Kirkwood – In the Kirkwood High School assembly hall from 10am to 11am.

Residents who are unable to attend the meetings in their area, but who wish to participate, are urged to join in the prayer, no matter where they are.
