Charity Modelling Show: Protea Child Care and Youth Centre will have a charity modelling show on 18 March at Blackthorn Avenue in Forest Hill from 5pm. Ruan van der Kuil, Yelanda Swart, Tania Erasmus and Carly Scheepers will be providing live entertainment. Entry is R25 per person and free to children under the age of 12.

St Theresa’s Outreach: Will have a bingo afternoon in aid of their building project in Colchester at the Malabar Community Hall on 19 March from noon to 2pm. Various eats will be sold at noon and bingo will kick off at 1.30pm.

Early Inspiration Special Needs Group: Will have a community walk and picnic for families to celebrate and create awareness for World Down Syndrome Day on March 21 at 10am. Participants are asked to wear white T-shirts and jeans.

Friends of the Art Museum: Will have their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 22 March at 5pm at the Art Museum in Park Drive. Afterwards, the launch of Brenda Shepherd’s Men of the Mendi will take place 6pm. RSVP on 041 506 2000.
