International Watercolour Society SA: Has called for entries from all water media artists for their Johannesburg exhibition to be held on October 19. IWSSA memberships is free. Wild Flower Wander Day: The Friends of Van Stadens have their wild flower wander/open day at the Van Stadens Wild Flower Reserve on October 13. There will be a 9km trail run at 08:00 and a 4km trail run at 08:15. Entry is R50 for the 9km run and R30 for the 4km. There will also be a family mountain bike ride t 10:00 for R30. Art Meander 2018: This year’s art meander will take place from Art on Target in Essexvale on October 26 from 13:00 to 16:00 and on October 27 and 28 from 09:00 to 16:00. Maps are R40 each and will lead participants to various artists’ studios. Demos will also take place throughout the weekend.
