Human Settlements’ regional offices move to Greenacres

THE Department of Human Settlement’s Regional Office in Nelson Mandela Bay has been relocated to 66 Ring Road, Greenacres, said provincial spokesperson Lwandile Sicwetsha.

Sicwetsha said the previous offices at 163 Durban Street in Korsten were vacated last week.

The move, according to Sicwetsha was owing to shortage if space.

“Our department is huge, and owing to the shortage of space we decided to relocate to a much bigger space.

He said he was aware that the major dealings of the citizens were with the municipality but for those who needed assistance with things like subsidies, their offices were ready to provide services.

It is also conveniently situated close to Greenacres Shopping Centre.

“The Regional Office is ready to provide service to all. Our operational hours are from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.
