THE combined churches of Lorraine invite the Lorraine community (and others) to join them for a 5km “Walk in Love” community walk at 5:45pm tomorrow (Thursday, 11 February).
“We will be walking together to affirm that love – as experienced in respect, understanding and an awareness that we are all made in God’s image – is so much greater than the many things that so easily divide us,” explained the Reverend Ken Carr of the Lorraine Methodist Church. The walk starts and ends at Lorraine Methodist Church, situated at 78 Luneville Road, Lorraine.
A shorter 2km route will be available for those who would like to participate but prefer not to do the longer route. There is no cost and no registration is required.
