MOFA matches attract hundreds of supporters

MOTHERWELL Football Association (MOFA) Premier League and First Division games pulled fans in droves to the Motherwell NU 9 Stadium and Motherwell NU 11 Stadium over the weekend.

In the Premiership, Young Ideas took Amathole FC by surprise in their 2-1 victory, while Shining Stars were awarded a walkover against a visiting Young Romans following a clash of playing colours.

Young Tigers overcame a struggling Tomorrow Stars 1-0. Manchester FC devastated Manchester United 2-0, while Highland Spurs drubbed their neighbours, Real Aces, 3-0.

Amathole FC shared a goalless draw with SUBS and Shining Stars dug deep in their 2-1 victory over Valencia. FC Motherwell played into a goalless draw against FC Angels.

Royal Bucks hammered Young Ideas 3-0. Real Aces restored their dignity with a hard-fought 2-1 triumph over Young Tigers. Showvillage United rubbed salt into the wounds of Tomorrow Stars, overcoming them 1-0.

Young Madrid drew 3-3 with Real Strikers while Young Romans secured a 1-1 draw when they faced Highland Spurs.

Manchester United played their hearts out in their 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace.
