Priory girls’ team lift soccer trophy

St Dominic’s Priory School’s boys and girls soccer first teams travelled to East London recently to take part in the SA Sports Tours annual tournament. They competed against the likes of Pinelands from Cape Town, Kimberley Girls’ High, Selborne and Queen’s College. The boys finished in sixth place while the girls, who had finished second three years in a row, finally took the top spot, to coach Siba Gxasheka’s delight, with a 1-0 victory over Kimberley Girls’ High.
